For Sale Unique 1925 Charlesworth Bodied Trojan Estate Wagonette

Built for Lord James Dugdale of Wroxall Abbey Estate in Warwickshire who commissioned Charlesworth to build the body. The vehicle was discovered in use as a cricket pitch roller in the 1980s and subsequently restored and rallied including participation in the HCVC London to Brighton rally. Sadly, following the death of the former owner, the vehicle fell into disrepair and is now offered for sale as a restoration project. The vehicle has been in dry storage and is mechanically complete, though lacking windscreen, lamps and tailboard. There is a box full of provenance to include photographs, literature, original service books, parts catalogue and paperwork to support its history.

The vehicle is currently stored in South Wales, just off junction 37 of the M4 and some 45 minutes from the Severn Bridge. The negotiable asking price is in the region of £7,000. Contact Stephen Morrell  steve.morrell3@btinternet.com
